Overview
Every product you purchase is under the warranty of BuDecos.com and the manufacturer for 2 years. Our products are produced entirely by hand in our headquarters in Istanbul, Türkiye and delivered to your home.
You can return the product you purchased, without damaging or using it, within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, in the same condition as you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the delivery person. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product by making a report with the delivery company. If you notice the product after receiving it, you can contact us immediately.
*Returns of products that you have ordered and have us make special measurements and custom designs will not be accepted.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Custom-made products
- Products used in homes with underfloor heating are out of warranty and Non Refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- For large volume products, if the customer returns the product, 70% of the product price will be refunded.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Products used in homes with underfloor heating are out of warranty and Non Refundable.
Refunds
If the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (3) days from the moment the returned product reaches our warehouse.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For large volume products, if the customer returns the product, 70% of the product price will be refunded and the remaining portion will be returned to the customer as store credit.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Transportation
To return your product, you should mail your product to us.
The orders you place from BuDecos.com are sent via UPS and Fedex. In some cases, local post office delivery services are used. Our products come with installation kits. The average cargo delivery time is 2-4 weeks. During campaign and holiday seasons, delivery times may be longer than the specified dates.
The delivery of products over 50 deciliters may be delayed a few days compared to the normal shipping process. Our company is not responsible for problems caused by the shipping company. There are a few things to consider when the cargo company delivers your order.
- How should I receive my product?
Since the shipping company is racing against time, it wants to deliver the product and leave immediately, but there is a sensitive issue. The delivery form should not be signed before checking and receiving your product. Before receiving your product and signing the delivery report, please check if your product is damaged due to transportation. If there is damage for any reason, return your box to the delivery officer so that a report can be drawn up without signing any documents related to the delivery. Your new products will be sent to you immediately by us. BuDecos.com is not responsible for the damage or missing products in the damaged products in case they are received. - If the delivered package is damaged,
If there is any deformation in the package brought by the delivery company or if there is any suspicion that the product inside may be damaged, open the package in the presence of the delivery person and check the physical condition of the orders inside without signing the delivery form. If you do not see a problem, sign the cargo form. If you think that the products inside the box are damaged in any way, do not accept the products and ask the cargo officer for a cargo damage report. (Please do not accept the products for which a report is kept. The products must be returned to BuDecos.com.) The products for which a report is kept will be replaced and reshipped to you. - Defective, crushed, broken or damaged delivery
The duty of the delivery company is to deliver your purchase from BuDecos.com to the right person safely, without any problems or damage, by providing a safe transportation. If there is a damage to the product, you can report it to the delivery company. After the product reaches us with the report you have kept, your exchange will be processed immediately.
Warranty Conditions
Our products are under our warranty for 2 years. Natural wood products can be very long-lasting under appropriate usage conditions. Cracking or splitting may occur due to sudden temperature changes in the house. In cases where there is a problem in the use of the product, our company will contact you with a replacement or repair preference. In such cases, you can contact us.
